Bag Pack - thank you
CCGFC would like to thank everybody that attended the Chrstmas bag pak at Tesco Ricoh. That's managers, players, coaches, welfare, parents and players. Our two mascots were outstanding and help generate much needed funds to the club. Even though we had our challenges of being evacuated from the building with a fire alarm we still raised £350 n some loose change. That's over £100 an hour so well worth repeating for next year. The club need these funds to survive so again a massive thank you to all that assisted.
Laina.

Cov City Girls at St George's Park
On Sat 10 August a happy band of girls from the U16s went to St Georges Park (Englands New training Camp) Burton On Trent for a football festival day to mark 150 yeas of the FA.
During the day the girls were involved in activities including skills, shooting, a referee workshop and games inside an inflatable pitch. Afterwards the girls played four friendly 5 a side games where they lost one drew one and won two. All in all the girls had a great day and were a credit to the club.
